They placed two duplicate orders, received assurance that both were canceled, and when not permitted, used a different payment method from the canceled order. One order, which I was told had been canceled months earlier, was never really canceled and came out of my account. A complete chaotic mess.

Excellent customer service provided by J&H staff. Excellent information was given over the phone. Also, they performed a fantastic job of tightly spooling the braid onto the two reels I bought. The rod I bought was clearly placed into its shipping box by someone who cared that it would be received with all guides and tips in pristine condition. The reels were packaged neatly.
