Order arrived swiftly and was packaged quite well. When I called J&H for assistance with the bait casting reel, I received some excellent, dependable advice. Will be ordering more equipment from J&H.

"My foolproof weather gear took five weeks to arrive, and they still delivered it in the wrong size."
My foolproof weather gear took five weeks to arrive, and they still delivered it in the wrong size. I requested a refund before they shipped, but there was strangely no response, and two days later I received a shipping notification, so I assume they knew they didn't have the right size but still sent it out.
