In the previous month, I purchased two St. Croix rods from J&H, one of which was in stock and the other of which required drop shipping from the manufacturer. I was constantly updated and current on the orders by you folks. Working with customer service was enjoyable. Getting back to a customer when you say you will is an indication of strong customer service. I will certainly suggest J&H to my friends.
