Ordering was quite simple. I received a picture pretty promptly. When asked if the image could be inverted, we received an example of the new image in less than a few hours. Flawless! The personnel were prompt and polite. It looks precisely like I expected it to and was delivered in 3 to 4 days. 100% satisfied.
