"the quality is excellent"

The two beer glasses I ordered from Crystal Imagery really blew me away! The delivery was incredibly quick (arrived the day following design approval! ), and the quality is excellent. Even some relatively subtle details in the photo I gave were picked up on by the engraver. I purchased them with his old band's logo on them as a gift for my brother's 30th birthday. I'm eager to hear his response! Would without a doubt recommend it!

"I considered a number of businesses before choosing Crystal Imagery."

I considered a number of businesses before choosing Crystal Imagery. They had an advantage since they could sand etch the extremely thin Glencairn glasses without losing strength. They also made the exact design I wanted, down to the height modifications to show the 2 oz pour fill line precisely. And the quality of sand etching and carving shined. What else is there to say but perfect?

We placed special orders for several employees' gifts. Help with setting up our unique order was provided very quickly (thanks again, Laura and Julie!). We are really pleased with the craftsmanship of the glassware and engraving.

When the whiskey bottles come out at any gathering, crystal imagery has once again made me the belle of the ball! They never cease to astound me, and their work is superb; I will be purchasing numerous further pairs of glasses.

"I went back to the website and was baffled as to why a larger size was not available."

The wine decanters are all quite small. Although it is not deceiving because the size is plainly listed, if you saw it in person, you would never purchase a wine decanter of this size. I went back to the website and was baffled as to why a larger size was not available.

"Incredibly happy with their service."

For glassware, this is the second time I've used Crystal imagery. Their business service was excellent in both cases. Both orders required extensive engraving or elaboration. They were able to flawlessly reproduce my logo for this most recent order. They respond quickly and with great responsiveness. Incredibly happy with their service.

"Ordering was quite simple."

Ordering was quite simple. I received a picture pretty promptly. When asked if the image could be inverted, we received an example of the new image in less than a few hours. Flawless! The personnel were prompt and polite. It looks precisely like I expected it to and was delivered in 3 to 4 days. 100% satisfied. I wholeheartedly recommend their business.

"I purchased 4 wildlife whiskey glasses."

I purchased 4 wildlife whiskey glasses. The website's image does not accurately represent the products I received. The glasses I had seen had silver-plated images of a fish, a bear, a deer, and a duck. The things I got were white-etched. Left a message on the customer support line after dialing. I'm still waiting for a call-back. Not at all content.
