12 fruit cups were ordered, and delivery arrived quite quickly. But as I opened the box and looked at the contents, I saw that two cups had split apart, letting fruit and gelatin fall out all over the place. I've been doing business with FSD for nearly two years, and this is the first instance in which there was any sort of shipping issue or product damage. That's a solid track record, in my opinion. On the same day as delivery, I reported the issue to FSD, and Tiffany N. was sympathetic, quick to respond, impartial, and incredibly nice. She handled my claim in a timely and expert manner. Despite the fact that I am arguably FSD's smallest customer, I received courteous treatment.
