"Tiffany was incredibly attentive and helpful."

Tiffany was incredibly attentive and helpful. She not only listened to my worry but also immediately understood the product I was referring to. Tiffany was aware that it was a specialty item and that shipping takes longer. Although she was quite informed, she still checked to be sure she was right. She was incredibly helpful and instructive, and I appreciated that despite her high level of expertise, she still double-checked.

"Even though I only made one purchase, I almost received two."

Even though I only made one purchase, I almost received two. I now have a large storage unit to place in my car for sporadic grocery shopping once the item I ordered came and was shipped nicely. I'm hesitant to estimate the value of this buy in comparison to my previous purchases because it is so useful to me. Thank you a lot.

Food worth over $300 that was delivered late had to be disposed of. I attempted to get this resolved, but your customer care representative blamed UPS and ME. That was a mess how it was packaged. Customer support advised me that I need to have taken images. Get your act together because I am a business owner and I need your help. You're terrible at customer service and packaging.

It was a real pleasure working with the employees of this organization. Better customer service from any other firm has never been my experience. I can't speak highly enough of them.

". This business has my highest recommendation."

A product that was advertised as completely cooked is what I ordered. What I actually got wasn't completely cooked. After I contacted the business, they swiftly handled the situation by issuing a refund. Given that the item was a frozen delivery, which isn't inexpensive, the business had to pay for this. They were incredibly kind and agreed to notify me as soon as the "Fully Cooked" item became available again. This business has my highest recommendation.

I never received my package, despite UPS's claims to the contrary. Ashly was instrumental in resolving the issue. The completion of the tasks took some time. Nonetheless, it makes sense given that claims often take some time to resolve. And thanks to Ashly, UPS finally successfully delivered my stuff. I want to express my gratitude to the organization for hiring Ashly. I also want to thank Ashly for being so patient in finding a solution. I already had my business. And the existence of nice people like Ashly makes me happier. Once again, I appreciate everything.

"The packaging was poor and there was no ice of any type."

The most recent cargo included zero ice of any kind. I did manage to salvage the hamburgers, but the eggplant went bad and ended up in the garbage. For the eggplants, a store credit was given to me. The packaging was poor and there was no ice of any type.

"12 fruit cups were ordered, and delivery arrived quite quickly."

12 fruit cups were ordered, and delivery arrived quite quickly. But as I opened the box and looked at the contents, I saw that two cups had split apart, letting fruit and gelatin fall out all over the place. I've been doing business with FSD for nearly two years, and this is the first instance in which there was any sort of shipping issue or product damage. That's a solid track record, in my opinion. On the same day as delivery, I reported the issue to FSD, and Tiffany N. was sympathetic, quick to respond, impartial, and incredibly nice. She handled my claim in a timely and expert manner. Despite the fact that I am arguably FSD's smallest customer, I received courteous treatment. Many companies will ignore you if you have an issue, but FSD has always operated with integrity.
