I had to rebuild the site myself because of numerous problems. Team that is unresponsive and doesn't answer the phone during regular work hours. Issues brought about by indifference rather than ignorance, which is perhaps worse given the price I paid for the service. Lateness for scheduled phone calls and loud background noises during calls. Not recommended and not professional.

I approved the website at face value but later discovered numerous simple flaws. For instance, the background video and image from the original template are still playing and are quite visible on my shop page and in the members section. Moreover, when clicked, the text box to contact me doesn't display any writing. Really disappointed.

All you need to know about this awful company is that they won't give you a refund if you don't like their services. I used them to boost my site's traffic and assist me with SEO, but there was no change to my site and no additional visitors. Their communication is awful, and their services are a scam. Spend less and go somewhere else.
