"I approved the website at face value but later discovered numerous simple flaws."
I approved the website at face value but later discovered numerous simple flaws. For instance, the background video and image from the original template are still playing and are quite visible on my shop page and in the members section. Moreover, when clicked, the text box to contact me doesn't display any writing. Really disappointed.
