We were early users of Vizilok, and their initial manufacturing run experienced some "teething" issues. The fact that these people stood by their product and were pleased to replace the early models when the fresh manufacturing run was out is the sign of a quality company. For a restaurant, we bought 2 of the ADA indication levers for the restroom doors. Lever 1 broke. I detailed what had transpired in an email to Vizilok's tech support. They immediately replied. They actually sent me a new lock after I simply sent a photo of the old one! They have truly impressed me. As a locksmith, I will definitely continue to buy from Vizilok.
