"I bought a lock set, but for some reason I never received the receipt in the mail."

I bought a lock set, but for some reason I never received the receipt in the mail. The individual I spoke to on the phone when I called to request a copy of the receipt was nasty and useless. She provided me with an email address and instructed me to send them the trivial information via email. Without receiving a single response, I did it twice. Due to the customer's lack of after-sale support, I need two more lock sets and am considering buying them from another seller.

WILL NOT call you back after you leave a voicemail OR answer the phone. Their service may have been excellent in the past, but not now. My call ended with a message. When I called this morning at some time before 9am, at 9 and up till 9:05, it indicated all operators were engaged. B.S. They aren't using their phones and have them turned off.

Four of the six ada privacy indicator locks we bought have broken since being installed. These locks are obviously not appropriate for use in a professional office setting.

I placed an incorrect order for a left-handed lock when I really wanted a right-handed lock. The customer support staff was quite helpful in assisting me with my return and reship. They deserve a million thanks. Our staff was so pleased with the quality when the correct item finally showed up that I recently bought 5 more so we could replace all of the door locks in our building. I highly suggest Vizilok items.

I wanted to talk about shipping before completing the transaction because I was buying some Viziloks for a kayak club in Perth, Australia. Vizilok was extremely accommodating and helpful. The handles and locks, which replaced the old handles and locks, have so far worked flawlessly and were really simple to install. I've already been requested for information by a member of another group, which I gladly provided.

It's terrible that I have to wait more than a month for a replacement handle. All needed documentation was supplied, along with an email confirming that the handle will be mailed, but it has never been received. Follow-up emails asking for the handle have never received a response. You would assume that the service would be stronger if the products were specified in a government procurement.

I offer hardware and doors for business use. Most commercially available items with a privacy lock indicator either demand that you purchase a mortise lock or a separate deadbolt lock. The issue is resolved by this handle! Make sure you purchase the ADA model rather than the turn button-equipped, less priced model!
