I'm quite disappointed in this company. The website lists things as being in stock or awaiting processing. A sensible individual would conclude from this that these products are either being stored or are scheduled to be delivered to their facility. In actuality, there is no product storage for shipping at this drop-ship company. Thus in my situation, they informed me via email that the product I had been waiting for to be supplied was now available and urged me to order before their stock ran out. I placed my order right away and waited weeks before learning via email that it would not be filled due to "supply chain challenges" and that I would receive a refund. They never made an effort to downplay this utter failure or look into giving me a date when they might actually be able to fill my purchase. Going on, I'll search for alternative sources. We are doomed if business in this nation continues in this manner.
