I placed my order on the indicated date after a series of emails in which I made it clear that I wanted the delivery to arrive close to a particular day. Afterwards was informed that ONE of the products will be late. It's okay, I said. I had no idea you wouldn't send EITHER until the second one was complete. Thus, the item was delivered today, although the 50th birthday fell on March 12. I had specified to the lady that I wanted it to arrive by March 5th so there would be time. Hence, it goes without saying that I am humiliated and seem dumb. I was NEVER asked or told if I wanted it in two or just one shipment. Have placed a couple orders with you and have been pleased each time. This time, I am not.

I have no words to describe how Delighted I am with your product. You have no idea how many businesses complained that their logos couldn't fit in that space on the awkwardly shaped Glencairn. You not only got it right, but it was also lovely. Received so many compliments. Such a quick turnaround, as well. I must say, you guys are the complete package deal. Excellent support, excellent product, and no damage during packaging. I'll buy from you again. You can count on it.
