"Complete incompetence."
Our dog was lost in transit by the transporter who did not even have the courtesy to inform us until the following day. Dog was discovered dead by the hotel of the transporter on the side of the road. She did not return the money we paid her for the trip; instead, she emailed us the hotel bill. We are sad and in morning. Complete incompetence.
