Pure junk business that only spams review websites. The worst part is that they don't even tolerate bad ratings for their drivers who mistreat customers and try to steal their money, making this the most stressful move I've ever experienced. Do not rely on any of the reviews posted on or about this website.

Due to a family situation, I had to reschedule. Furthermore, they refuse to return my money to me. They say I can pay the fee to someone else or wait until I need it, but they keep the money. Not when they determine I might need it, but now. Do not use this website. Choose a driver, get in touch with them, and pay the driver using them. Please do not use this site.

In order to bring my dog to me, I found this site at the last minute. The driver provided updates and was very communicative. That works because various individuals charge you differently! I advise making use of this website for all of your trip requirements! I couldn't drive seven hours north when I was in Pensacola visiting my brother since the next day, my girls and I would be traveling to Texas. Having the option to hire someone to pick up our puppy for us was incredibly convenient. Will advocate for everyone.

I had a terrific experience with Citizen Shipper and was able to get in touch with many possibilities for our pup's transportation very fast. The costs caught me off guard a tiny bit. As a new user of the site, I didn't read the tiny print, therefore I was unaware that the price was that high.

My motorcycle was driven by William Kitchens from Nevada to Alabama. He destroyed the frame of my motorcycle while transporting it. He told me that it will be mended and claimed to have insurance. After I gave him the estimate, he cut off all communication with me. Never ship anything with him. He won't pay to have it repaired or replaced if it becomes damaged.

I was pleasantly taken aback by how cautious they were with my priceless cat. It was clear they were concerned. Prior to our meeting, we discussed a few things. They traveled back and forth in two days, communicating via SMS and photos. My concern about this lengthy trip was reduced by it. Thank you to Travis and Hailey with HT Pet Transport for making everything seem so simple. My pet is at home and secure, and I will use them once more without a doubt!
