Extreme dissatisfaction and frustration. After just the second application, I awoke to find that the cream had so seriously inflamed my skin that it resembled rosacea. I'm worried about the ingredients in the lotion that have made their way into my body through the skin. The cream smells awful; it's definitely not citrus. There is no safety wrapping to guarantee that it hasn't already been opened. There was no indication that the lotion had been dermatology evaluated and authorized online or on the package. No cautions were given. A very pricey product with significant problems that has to be resolved looks to still be in the "trial stage" with you as the test subject.

Living on a fixed income can be challenging, and although your prices may rise, my pension does not. When I got the flier in the mail offering a 20% discount, I was overjoyed. I really appreciate you providing this. My product has been delivered. Are discounts something you want to offer frequently or just once? Once more, many thanks. Saving even a small amount is important to me. Would rather not cease purchasing your products, for sure.

You ship on the weekends when no one can reach you, and then I get an SMS letting me know that something is shipping. Because I no longer have a subscription for this item, there is a problem with this order.

Terrible business to deal with. I paid for delivery, but it was never even attempted. According to my understanding of the term "delivery," the merchandise was reportedly sent to a courier office nearby the delivery address, and for some reason I was required to pick it up from there. After receiving payment to do so, Better Way unrepentantly demanded that I pay an additional $65 in order to acquire the $869 worth of goods they failed to deliver. I don't know how I knew it was my responsibility to pick it up as the tracking system on their website said the box was still scheduled for delivery the entire time. The term "extortion" fits well here. Never again, and I would caution potential buyers to be careful. I am still awaiting delivery so that I can update if it arrives.
