"Terrible business to deal with."

Terrible business to deal with. I paid for delivery, but it was never even attempted. According to my understanding of the term "delivery," the merchandise was reportedly sent to a courier office nearby the delivery address, and for some reason I was required to pick it up from there. After receiving payment to do so, Better Way unrepentantly demanded that I pay an additional $65 in order to acquire the $869 worth of goods they failed to deliver. I don't know how I knew it was my responsibility to pick it up as the tracking system on their website said the box was still scheduled for delivery the entire time. The term "extortion" fits well here. Never again, and I would caution potential buyers to be careful. I am still awaiting delivery so that I can update if it arrives.
