"Can never recommend Clever."
I actually spent more money with Clever than I would have if I had hired a conventional commissioned realtor. Clever recommended a realtor to me, but she did very little to market my house and never even held an open house. Lazy and unqualified. I lost money on the sale, and I felt terrible about the whole situation. Can never recommend Clever.
