On a web article criticizing Homie.com, I noticed Clever arranged in a grid alongside similar businesses. Instead of reading the rest of the article, I focused on the comparison grid, where Clever had a low commission but offered nationwide exposure rather than only coverage in a few states. So I applied, and the following day two agents emailed me. I chose one of them, and he sold it for the maximum price and had it go pending in just 10 days. Sorry Clever personnel, I had never heard of Clever before, but after using it, I would suggest it to anyone who wants to sell with a qualified local realtor and avoid paying a commission. I can't believe it woke up so quickly. I'm grateful, Clever!
