Brenda contacted me to make sure my stuff got here safely. Also, they delivered a very thorough welcome pamphlet/document that described what they could accomplish and their bag-making capabilities in great depth (oversimplifying what they sent, it was excellent). Moreover, there were 2 mill bags of varied sizes for testing. This, in my opinion, was great, and I will now buy all of my bags from them.
