Everything was well until I got my carnet and saw that there weren't enough coupons for the 4 countries I was going to. For only 2 nations, it had 2 vouchers. There was a mistake because my initial order said that I required 4, not 3. I should have received 4 in total, and this was confirmed when I contacted to hurry order my coupons before leaving. They did, however, charge me $130 for the additional vouchers. Nevermind that they reiterated that my initial order was for 4, which they did. Hence, it is obvious that they were not supplied correctly because I had to order voucher numbers 3, 4, and 5 (specifically numbered). To inquire about the charge, I wrote to Marge, my rep, who had been excellent up until this time. It was for the extra vouchers, she claimed. But if they had arrived correctly, I wouldn't have needed to get replacements. She said that the initial transaction only called for 4 vouchers, and that I was charged extra since I placed an additional order. I responded, "Since I have had the right order given to me, and because the vouchers are specifically numbered, why would I then request more vouchers with the same exact numbers?" Since I apparently already had it, why would I order more of it? to squander time and money without cause? The person assured me she would check on it and get back to me after much back and forth because common sense was not the rule here. She never did. Therefore, the additional fee was assessed to my company. I'm telling you here because I had to give up fighting the absence of reason.
