You do not receive all of the "premium" package's contents. The turnaround time of 48 hours is incorrect. I signed up on January 25 and as of today, April 5, I am still awaiting delivery of every item I purchased. They initially appear to be quite helpful, but as soon as you purchase additional stuff from them, they disappear. I am appealing for the things I paid for in weekly emails. Hats, polos, letterhead, and business cards. If you're fortunate enough to get your logo, save it and use it elsewhere for your other business requirements.
