"When you ask for a legitimate refund via PayPal or your bank,"
When you ask for a legitimate refund via PayPal or your bank, the person running this service threatens you with legal action and is unethical (since he refuses to do it despite his illegal activity). First of all, they offer things that are illegally resold. They crack the files, upload them, and demand a "licensing" purchase in order to view them rather than marketing them as an affiliate. This is unauthorized resale. For instance, he states that Elementor is available for $7.99 or that for $11.99 you may "upgrade" to a lifetime membership and receive unlimited access to this plugin. After paying a one-time price, Elementor does not allow you to get their plugin for free. I spoke with the retailer of one of his most recent unlawful resales to confirm my suspicions (Elementor). This is an unauthorized reseller, according to Elementor's official support, and anyone using their goods infringes on their terms of service. They then informed me that their legal department would get my report.
