I approached this business in good faith because I believed they were experts and knowledgeable about WordPress. When they inquired about the troubles I was experiencing with my website, I described each issue in great detail. Chris, who made the commitment, said he would resolve my problem in 24 hours. With the exception of them immediately taking my $79.00, which doubles their monthly cost service, "nothing was done to my site" 72 hours later. My site was utterly warped by someone with the name "Justin," who then claimed that "my problem" had been resolved. When I gave it to them, the site looked entirely different. They informed me my problem had been resolved while entirely altering the theme and messing everything up. I had a few issues to start, and now that "24x7wpsupport" has stopped helping me, I have even more issues to cope with.
