I can only give one star in all honesty. We were unable to savor the chocolates because they were entirely melted. They had all combined in a melted mess. It was impossible to distinguish between them. I find it surprising that your company does not ship with a more reliable shipper given the effort you put into every other aspect of this chocolate adventure. Also, you should think about the season and the region you are delivering to. It seems unbelievable to me given the state of technology that you can't guarantee the safe arrival of chocolates.

Packing is excellent, no question about it. When it comes to the product itself, the price is not justified. The gold stamp is not even clear, and the chocolate is basic and small in size. The filling was of better quality. However I had high expectations given the price.
