Long and highly hit-and-miss process; nothing was successful. Weekly changes were made to the personal dealing with the account.

"Poor service; choose a different supplier if you urgently need something addressed."

Poor service; choose a different supplier if you urgently need something addressed. They took a week to begin working on my case, and after a month of gradually ramping up their futile appeal, they gave up. Instead of taking my money and making me waste time, they could have told me they did not know how to fix the situation and saved me a month of frustration.
