This whole experience was great in every way. It was also a learning experience for me because I had never done anything similar before. They might not have always carried out the vision I had in my head, but they couldn't see into my head, so I always felt that my requests and instructions were carefully read and carried out. They always did something that was very much in keeping with the wording of my request. That alone was priceless; it was so sweet. Every person I dealt with was courteous, pleasant, responsive, and eager to please.
