"We did not anticipate creating our own cookbooks and including the tabs."

We did not anticipate creating our own cookbooks and including the tabs. We needed a completed cookbook as we had already spent over $1300. Going with a local business would have been more simple and less expensive in the long run. We took this as a lesson.

I think your staff is efficient and competent, and they were aware of how long it would take to print and distribute my cookbooks. I was grateful that the cookbooks arrived before Christmas and that they were delivered quickly.
