"Seven rolls of plastic were ordered. When we placed our first order, we got 5 rolls."
Seven rolls of plastic were ordered. When we placed our first order, we got 5 rolls. In the following order, we got 1 roll in an enormous box, partially unrolled; there was nothing wrong with it; we only had to roll it up. The seventh roll was never delivered to us. They assured us that they were looking for it and would send us another roll if they did not. Since then, nothing has been spoken. Simply send me another roll; I'd appreciate it.
