"This assessment is of the results of our marketing efforts"

This assessment is of the results of our marketing efforts, not the caliber of the printing or the level of customer service. We ran a targeted campaign and sent more than 1,600 postcards. We received 24 views, but there were 0 conversions, thus I would say that this marketing campaign was unsuccessful. didn't work at all for us.

"I was pleased with the service I received"

I was pleased with the service I received. I didn't have to use an online order form because they were able to assist me and take my order over the phone. I'll undoubtedly use them once more.
