We used to receive prompt, detailed responses to our questions and concerns when we first started, but lately we haven't had any feedback from them. Since they don't accept phone calls, as I was informed in previous emails, email is our only contact method. Our communications go ignored, and we still have issues downloading and printing certifications and driving logs for our records. It's a huge letdown after a promising beginning. And that too at the most crucial part.

This course is fantastic, and I just started it. I like it because there isn't a lot of information compressed onto a single slide. This makes it incredibly simple to grasp and follow along. The most appealing feature for me is how engaging it is.

My decision to choose Aceable was influenced by their "claims" of being the cheapest (which they are not), the discounts they assert students are eligible to (which depend on the insurance provider you're with), and the "quick completion" course available. These are all views rather than declarations of fact. To make matters worse, they charge $20 for a copy of your driving record that you can get online for $4, and it doesn't show that you finished the course. Because of the unneeded falsehoods and deceit, I do not suggest this company.

Be on the lookout for a $5 recurring monthly charge for 24/7 roadside assistance. I never signed up for this and would not because we already have roadside assistance through multiple other services. My daughter was able to get the certificates she needed for her permit but I won't be using Aceable for my other children due to their unethical practices.

The program was quite helpful. All of the lectures were really simple, welcoming, educational, and simple to grasp. You simply need to complete the course's "traffic laws'' module to obtain your learner's permit. The course I attended, which I believe I passed, covered the full procedure from receiving your learners permit to receiving your provisional license. I adored how all of the information was targeted at kids in Texas and was state-specific. The nicest aspect was that it was simple to finish, despite having a few of the nine chapters (in the section on traffic legislation) having more than 50 slides each. Overall, I would advise anyone who wants their learner license and provisional license swiftly to do so.

I completed it in a single sitting. The timer for reading each part was the only thing I didn't enjoy, though. Because I was reading it quickly and comprehending it. Although I do get its purpose, that is all.

Until a friend showed me this app, I didn't really have anyone who was willing to help me get my license. This app made getting my license so much simpler because it walks you through everything step-by-step.
