Despite the pleasant experience I had working with the personnel, I cannot recommend this place. A 15-pound dog with matting on its belly and tail will cost you more than $170 to groom.

Jay is a fantastic listener and has a heart of gold. He allows my 14-year-old golden retriever to lie down as much as possible while being bathed and groomed because he is aware that he has problems staying upright for extended periods of time. My dog's needs are well understood by him. Following a trip inside the mobile va, Sam returned smelling fresh and looking fantastic.

Barkley Square is the best place in town for our two dogs to get groomed. Once you've set up your account, the online booking couldn't be easier. Appointment times were requested after I simply supplied my phone number. A text message confirming receipt arrived instantly, and a second text message confirming my appointment followed shortly thereafter. Our dogs always seem relieved and content when we pick them up from the groomers. That pretty much covers it for me.

Making an appointment was simple, and I like getting SMS reminders. I waited less than five minutes for my groomer, Jay, to arrive after the front desk agent at the salon was highly knowledgeable. He observed the dog and asked me a few questions to make sure he understood what I needed. In addition, he offered insightful advice. Sage was wonderfully groomed, and Jay completed working with her just a little bit sooner than anticipated.

We had to make an emergency grooming appointment for our Westie. The regular groomer wasn't available, but Barkley Square had a morning appointment! The front desk check-in process was quick, easy, and helpful. Our groomer Carol did a fantastic job with our Neatened 'n Polished package services. She was very kind and professional. The appearance of our dog was better than before!
