As queries or problems emerge, Textedly offers excellent customer support and takes care of them right away. Easy to assemble. ROI justifies the investment in time, labor, and money. Yet, it's a fantastic setup for lone users. Working with the Textedly Staff is responsive and simple.

From the beginning of this year, I have been utilizing Textedly. My sales started to decline, so I started to wonder why. After some investigation, I learned that despite my account's indications to the contrary, no one was receiving the text alerts. My request to delete my account and receive a refund of my charge was denied by customer service, who also advised me to utilize the account as I had already paid for it. Excellent advice, if it worked, but given that I was contacting them in the first place because their service didn't work, this wasn't a fix for my issue. I believe I recently gave to Textedly. Avoid registering for this service. There are other, morally superior businesses out there.

Our ability to communicate company news to all of our employees has been greatly facilitated by Textedly. The setup of the service is rapid and the user interface is very simple to use. The customer service is outstanding and extremely responsive.

Limitations and excessive cost apply to features. I decided against finishing the free trial, and my interaction with customer service was really disappointing. On my request, they refused to terminate my account or delete my information. I also requested to be put on a "Do Not Contact" list, but I received no response. Unprofessional!
