"I wasn't happy with my total compensation package"

I wasn't happy with my total compensation package, but Brandon was able to rapidly negotiate an increase of $10,000 on my behalf. Will undoubtedly collaborate with him again.

While transferring roles, the salary negotiator was SUCH A BENEFIT. It can be very difficult for a candidate to determine whether an offer is reasonable. They saw to it that I did. They guided me through every challenging situation and difficult question, advised me on what to demand, and made the entire negotiation process simple. There is no reason not to do it as you just pay a little portion of the increase they receive from you. You're giving them the cash they acquired for you. It's all good.

Excellent experience. Convenient to work with. Quickly picked up on the subtleties and dynamics at work. Implemented a sound fact-finding strategy and responded in a professional manner with each stage of the negotiation. Quick responses as necessary. Extremely prompt responses while adjusting to lively participation discussions. I have absolutely no regrets about selecting Brandon and The Salary Negotiator service.

"I can't stress how much I like this service!"

When negotiating salaries, The Salary Negotiator, Brandon, is a vital resource you need on your side. We got along during my interview process, which we did after I was ghosted by a recruiter after a failed salary negotiation. From the initial HR screening on, Brandon then assisted me in positioning myself for success. He was there to answer questions at every turn, and, unsurprisingly, he was ALWAYS accurate! As a result, he assisted me in effectively negotiating a better wage when an offer was made! I arrived in Brandon with subpar and ineffective bargaining strategies and left with a new position, a greater income, and the know-how to succeed going forward (though, I will no doubt connect with Brandon in future negotiations). I can't stress how much I like this service!

When negotiating my final offer, I was lot more assured, and I was thrilled with the outcome of my accepted offer. I was unsure whether it was proper to bargain because I had a gap in my career. I gained confidence from Brandon, who also helped me at every turn. He conducted the research, supplied the scripts, and guided my response to numerous response scenarios. His assistance raised the offer by more than 11%.

Without Brandon and his constant teaching, I would not have succeeded. Brandon assisted me in negotiating a new director-level job offer, which I first anticipated would be challenging. But, with his guidance and email ghostwriting, the process went well. He makes sure you are ready for all potential circumstances since he is aware of them. He took into account everything (compensation, RSUs, benefits, etc.) and greatly improved my offer. Even better than I had not anticipated or even considered, I was given a sign-on bonus!

Brandon has been a delight to work with! He taught me how to approach this tricky part of pay talks, when you want to politely ask for what you deserve without coming across as pushy.
