"I had a terrible experience with BlueHost"

I had a terrible experience with BlueHost after they forced an upgrade to PHP8 w/o ensuring my site was compatible. Their solution in the past was to just downgrade the PHP, which worked until 8 was enforced. I asked for solutions, and they gave me patches. Their response rate was super slow too. I got super frustrated and tested out TheFreeWebsiteGuys. $47 for an issue? Too good to be true? BUT THEY NAILED IT! Super fast and accurate. I had them do more things, and THEN migrated to them as a host. I couldn't be happier and feel they will take care of me as they have throughout this migration. My site is stable, and I love that it is the latest of all

"The Free Website Guys have been massively helpful for me"

The Free Website Guys have been massively helpful for me on several occasions when everything goes bang on my WP shop site, absolutely critical to keeping things running. This time my lifesaver agent was Landon, and he fixed what looked like an utter mess in just a few minutes. Brilliant as always, thanks.

"Ralph saved the day for me."

Ralph saved the day for me. He was super quick and fixed a coding problem that no one, not even the company that gave the code, could figure out for 4 months. Ralph solved the problem in 15 minutes. Brilliant!! Keep up the good work, Ralph, and thank you!

"This review is about their hosting service!"

This review is about their hosting service! Over the past year or so, the various TheFreeWebsiteGuys support members who have helped me fix client sites have mentioned their hosting services. Admittedly, I was really wary about making the change. Price was a big factor, but so was the idea of trying to convince several hundred clients to make the move AND having their website hosting in one place and their domain in another. Cher with The Free Website Guys reached out to me and answered every question I threw at her until I couldn't come up with a reason not to make the move. She was that thorough and understanding in making sure I had all the information I needed before I made the leap of faith. So with nothing left to ask and only money to lose, I made the leap on March 1st. I knew that to sell my clients on the idea of making this move, I needed examples, and The Free Website Guys server setup support free of charge (included in initial setup) for all the sites that I was hosting myself (about 14). The speed at which it was completed was amazing, and the performance improvements of the websites amazed me as well! I knew I could start selling the idea to my clients. In 16 short days, I've convinced about two dozen more to make the move, with a lot more to go. But every step along the way, TheFreeWebsiteGuys has answered every support ticket I've submitted and fixed every issue that has come up. I can say that they are the leader in WordPress hosting and support.

"Landon has been amazing."

Landon has been amazing. I came to him with a problem with coding, he dug right in, and found multiple threats with malware. Not only did he fix my problem quickly, he provided solutions to prevent it from happening again in the future. He is currently working on that ticket right now, but I couldn't be happier with his service.

"These people are merely seeking to scam you."

These people are merely seeking to scam you. On LinkedIn, I received a message for an allegedly free website. They then start pressuring you to decide quickly. Then, they suggested that I get hosting from Bluehost, which costs 250 AUD or more and is where they would profit. Next they suggested that I buy paid WordPress themes, which may cost up to 500 AUD. They said that by doing so, they would reportedly make money and "invest" it "back" into your website. This caused me to reconsider what else they will charge in the future. That costs too much money. Watch out for these con artists!

"They are dishonest;"

They are dishonest; although claiming on their homepage that they will profit from our future initiatives, they actually demand that you pay for their own hosting, which is too expensive for them otherwise they will reject. Lura Willhite

"Adam was excellent and super fast"

Adam was excellent and super fast at getting my site operating correctly. It took me longer to describe the issue than it took Adam to correct it! Awesome company. I always turn to WP Fix It when I have any issues with my site. Top Notch! Thanks, Adam.
