"Great information presentation, but terrible tech assistance."

After numerous tries, I was unable to connect to my laptop and was forced to watch the entire presentation on my tiny phone. Great information presentation, but terrible tech assistance. Although I have enrolled in numerous classes, I sincerely hope that this is not the regular situation.

Finding CEU courses and getting access to them from the pending folder was quite simple. Furthermore, every presenter is quite competent, and I was able to acquire new things from every course I took. Now, I can quickly view my transcript at any time by logging into my account, which was smoothly shared with ASHA (at my request before finishing a course)!

Best value available! High-quality CEUs with an unlimited array of speakers and subjects. I appreciate how simple it is to use the website and keep track of my progress. The cherry on top is extremely prompt reporting to ASHA.

Regrettably, there are fewer video/webinar subjects and webinars available this year than there were two years ago. For what's been supplied, I believe it is definitely overpriced.

For me, SpeechPathology works! It offered a discount and offered a very wide range of topics and seminars. The site, which included a thorough seminar record-keeping system for ASHA, was exceedingly user-friendly. Strongly advise using SpeechPathology.

"It is dishonest to claim that we have a choice whether to accept a recurring billing when we actually do not."

I am happy with the academic content, but when I called to ask about not having my credit card automatically renewed every year, customer service told me there was a box I could check, but when I did, I discovered there was nothing to opt out of. When I called customer service again, they admitted there was nothing I could do to opt out on my own, and that I had to ask to opt out by calling customer service, and "they can check the box for me." It is dishonest to claim that we have a choice whether to accept a recurring billing when we actually do not.

Little new stuff is added, while older content is removed. I am always informed that I have previously taken a course when I go to sign up for one. Throughout COVID, I completed a LOT of CEs. My main complaint is that. Once a good location for CEs, it is now the same old, same old. Seems to be common for Speech. Website needs a complete "facelift."
