With Soft Serve Parts, we had a fantastic experience. For a machine that had been retired, we need replacement parts. The Soft Serve Agent welcomed us and provided us with incredibly helpful customer care when we initially ordered the wrong part. He assisted us in returning the incorrect part that we had ordered and locating the right one. I would suggest this business to anyone! Bryan and Soft Serve are to be commended for making this a good experience!

Hi. I currently have a problem. I receive this notification from the system when I check out my cart. Address: No shipping options were discovered for this address. Shipping method: No shipping options were discovered for this address. Your system gives me the same notice when I attempt to update the address. How can I solve this issue? I email a lot, but nobody ever responds.

I previously owned both parts and was not receiving what I was promised; nonetheless, I never complained or returned the items. I then bought a different child to see if that was the one I needed, but when I got it, I realized it wasn't, so I called to see if I could return it and speak with someone about the issue. I was labeled a liar over $48 when I contacted, so needless to say, I put the part in the trash and won't be returning them. I can't believe they'll treat consumers that poorly for spending more than $48. That's what I overheard, regardless of the talk you may have overheard.

I placed an order for parts for an American-made frozen yogurt maker. There was considerable uncertainty over the precise portion required. Basically, I placed an order for the incorrect part. After a quick phone conversation, the misunderstanding was resolved, and the right part was on its way. Seldom do you see this excellent level of customer service, although as operations manager at a year-round camp, I deal with numerous businesses. We appreciate you having us, softserve.

Because things happen, I think a business should be judged on how it handles customer complaints. I got in touch and had the remaining items delivered a few days later to finish my order when my count was low upon delivery (of a modest order, btw). And for that reason, I will continue to do business with softserveparts.com.

A beater with a return core was ordered. Without luck, I tried to get a return shipping label by calling and emailing. In searching for the email I had written down, I was mistaken. They sent an email to a mailbox I wasn't aware they possessed. I received two distinct emails. Brian was excellent. The caller needs to receive customer service training.

The prompt answer from the personalized ER! I was most impressed with Softserveparts' customer service. All of the channels available to fix the purchase were used after I submitted my order over the weekend and realized my address issue. After a while of waiting, I was relieved to see that several points in the Softserveparts chain had fixed and dispatched my order appropriately! After receiving my small purchase on time, I had a lot of confidence in the crew.
