In order to return the plugin if it didn't work for me, I inquired via live chat. After testing the plugin after purchasing it, I tried to return it after discovering after 24 hours that it did not work well with my theme. They declined. even after providing the chat transcript as proof. Avoid transacting with dishonest businesses. Use HBook in its place.

I understand this may seem suspicious but their products and service are amazing and I believe they would perfectly fit your needs. All apps that i used so far were excellent, (really) low price-tagged and easy to use and all associated problems always were related with exterior apps - which anyways Patrick was happy and deeply knowledgeable to help. Really happy that I found it.

I don't know how I got to this site so I didn't know what to think. I was skeptic at first but the price was too good to be true... BUT IT WAS TRUE! The add on that I bought works like a charm. I was confused about how to install it but the customer service was QUICK and got on the chat and we got me set. I will check what other products they have since it worked so well with my first purchase.

Specifically, all inquiries were addressed promptly, and it is very apparent that MotoPress is making an effort to assist any of their customers. On two occasions I purchased items that were included in my membership, and MotoPress pointed it out to me, and promptly refunded what I had paid. - I am a very happy customer, and feel very happy to have purchased service from MotoPress.

The plugin developer got in touch with me right after I installed the plugin I bought from WorldPressIt.com to inform me that the product was not authentic and that I was probably the victim of pirated software. I removed the plugin out of concern for my security and posted a rating on Trustpilot. Following publishing this review, WorldPressIt.com has gotten in touch with me, explaining a few things and threatening me with legal action. In light of the information that WorldPressIt.com supplied me, I'm happy to update my review, and I'm still content with my decision to stay away from WorldPressIt.com and deal with the plugin makers directly.
