I took a trial run before committing to a month's worth of design effort. Everything initially went well, with design work being done in accordance with the given briefs. But, as soon as any "creativity" was required, the quality of design work swiftly declined. It's clear that the majority of designs make use of generic, frequently subpar stock templates. I also had problems with print materials being given in the incorrect size and format, which necessitated numerous back-and-forth requests and revisions. Overall, I was quite dissatisfied with the service and wouldn't suggest.

I eagerly signed up for the seven day trial after reading many positive reviews here. I was originally only going to sign up for their 50% off the first month offer, but I'm glad I held off. Throughout my seven-day trial, I discovered that the product label designs I received lacked quality, paid little attention to detail, and didn't actually understand the design brief in its entirety. For straightforward projects like flyers, blog post photos, social media posts, etc., I believe the service might be alright, but it really struggles (in my experience) when any creativity is required. Outside of the trial, or if you had given a more specific requirement of what you wanted, perhaps the designs might have improved. Nevertheless, without committing to the first month, there was no way to know this, and at this point I thought I had seen everything I needed to see. I am stationed in the UK, so it's possible that teams in other nations like the US are responsible for the better assessments; however, it's difficult to say. The project manager was pleasant enough, but ultimately, I believe that the service you receive depends on the designers. The level of design quality and attention to detail must increase for the service to be improved. Also, more time must be spent comprehending the client's needs. Do designers, however, genuinely care about their particular projects or businesses to create excellent work for the permitted 2-2.5% of a day per client over what may be hundreds or thousands of clients? I'm not certain. In the future, I might come back, but for now, I'm not sure.

His designs were right on the mark. Professional, prompt, and to the point. I feel I got a great value for the money.
