I have repeatedly contacted customer service with no answer because the software is inoperable since I'm unable to log in. Then a bank fee was deducted for a one-year subscription. Refusing to accept a refund.

Three professional accounts and over $300 were lost by me because my account was immediately blocked after creation. Your team believes I am a liar and didn't want to listen to the consumer, so they accused me of selling it. I had three days that JS wrecked. They only ever respond with a bot saying that you violate our TOU. A human should be present to at least hear the customer out.
