They enticed you with a low first-year pricing and then deceived you into renewing for further years at a "discounted" price. As soon as I realized it was a scam, I demanded a refund. After obtaining the credit card return the following day, I suddenly received a credit card alert stating that GoDaddy had made a second charge for the amount of the first payment plus a $4.6 exchange fee, making the total $188.68. What is happening is unknown to me. Really wasting my time, this! And the representative is unable to assist me; she can only send a ticket to another department, and I must wait for a response. Don't do business with this company, and don't enter your credit card information online. There are many more affordable and superior options!

"Well, I can't just push a magic button and make it materialize," William (the representative) retorted when I spoke to him. He kept on being a rude support person. He answered "OK" when I asked to talk to a supervisor before hanging up. My advice is to terminate William and take care to only appoint those who are supportive of Godaddy's aim to aid in the success of entrepreneurs.
