"Frontline Source Group did a terrific job, in my opinion."

Frontline Source Group did a terrific job, in my opinion. Even though I wasn't seeking a new job, I picked up the phone and we had a great conversation. One of the nicest encounters I've ever had with a company like Frontline, the entire process was incredibly transparent.

"I've had a wonderful overall experience working with Frontline"

I've had a wonderful overall experience working with Frontline. Chris, my recruiter, has been excellent at keeping me informed about employment offers at Frontline. From the first time we spoke to setting up the interviews and securing a fantastic job with Frontline, Chris has been there for me at every turn. Without Chris and Frontline, the experience would not have been the same at all.

"I was invited to an interview with Akumin yesterday, August 25."

I was invited to an interview with Akumin yesterday, August 25. The director, Cecelia Bonde, was unwelcoming and impolite. She was completely perplexed and refused to interview me since she hadn't received the revised resume. She informed me that I didn't fit their criteria. I was never given the chance to explain my qualifications to the woman. Stephanie Winters was my hiring manager at Frontline. Colette and I also had a conversation about the trip to Akumin. I wrote both of these ladies emails regarding the awful experience, but they have not responded as of yet. I've never encountered anything like this. A profound disconnect from the client!

The affair was quite enjoyable for me! Inquiring about my interest in learning more about a job opportunity that sounded like a perfect fit for my skill set, Bailey got in touch with me. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, and she made this change in employment so joyful. She was always accessible if I needed anything or just wanted to ask how things were going. Bailey and Frontline made for such a wonderful experience! Thank you :)

"I couldn't find the company they assigned me on my first day"

I couldn't find the company they assigned me on my first day. I make numerous attempts to get in touch with them, but no one ever picks up the phone, answers my email, doesn't even recognize it, or returns my call, so I find myself out of a job. It was truly an adverse experience.

"Although the customer service was terrible after the initial phone contact"

Although the customer service was terrible after the initial phone contact, the front end communication was excellent. Both of the staffing agents who promised to call me back never did. Before receiving any payroll documentation, I began working. Due to your agents' lackluster follow-up abilities, I missed a few days of work and Frontline's customer lost a temporary employee for a significant amount of time.

I'm dealing with Frontline Source Group for the first time, and I've found them to be very professional, effective, kind, and interested in providing exceptional service to their clients and applicants. For instance, I unintentionally gave this fantastic organization a low rating when I filed a review as PT. They are so worried about providing exceptional service that they got in touch with me to learn about my worries! I adore working with Emily, too.

"My hunt began in November 2022."

My hunt began in November 2022. I got on the verge of giving up when Emily called me about two job openings. I requested that she send my information for both, and it worked out for one of them. Throughout the interview process, Emily and her coworkers showed great attention to detail. Prior to the interview, they called, and I returned their call afterwards. What a wonderful experience. I genuinely got the impression that someone cared deeply about me and my job quest. The SOURCE is unquestionably Frontline. Making you all proud will be my first priority as I begin in my new role. I'm grateful.
