Some of their aftermarket goods routinely malfunction in less than 90 days, however they are neither replaced with successful products nor are they removed from the catalog. Check out item #34-1661. Undersized wires and loose non-soldered crimps that connect the wire to the element have a long history of failure. Moreover, the glue holding glass tubes' ceramic ends to them frequently fails even before installation is finished. Customer care has been informed of this several times, but nothing is done. Hiring a capable quality control employee is necessary.

I've had an All Points account for a long time and used to use it frequently, but for my own parts, I discovered prices and shipping options to be better elsewhere. I recently wanted to give them another try, but after buying four next-day air packages and only receiving one on schedule, I am hesitant to keep doing business with them. My account manager, Kyle, and I exchanged messages, but as of two days ago, we have not heard back.
